Semiconductor Applications and Setup for a variety of Solvents and Matrices by ICP-OES

While many Semiconductor applications call for ppt levels and ICPMS analysis, there are many applications in this market that can utilize and ICP-OES for the analysis.
Matrices mainly include high silicon levels or looking for traces in a variety of reagents, both inorganic and organic. This master class will look at handling high silicon as well as inorganic reagents like H2O2, HNO3, H2SO4, H3PO4…. ICP is well suited for organic reagent analysis as well.
This presentation will also include organic solvent setup and optimization.
