Jon graduated from Maryville College, USA with dual Chemistry and Music degrees. Prior to joining Thermo Fisher Scientific Jon worked in a range of positions in the analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical and analytical instrumentation industries. Jon joined Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2022 as a Product Marketing Manager for Trace Elemental Analysis.

Shona completed a Chemistry BSc and Masters in Analytical Chemistry in the UK before moving to the University of Pau, France to study for a PhD in Analytical Chemistry. Shona joined Thermo Fisher in 2006 as an application specialist with a focus on ICP-MS. Shona is currently the Senior Product Manager for Thermo Scientific Qtegra ISDS Software.
