Fortification of Rice - An analytical perspective: in association with FSSAI and NIFTEM-K

Rice fortification in India combats nutritional deficiencies, making accurate testing essential. Advanced LC/MS/MS and spectroscopic methods ensure proper vitamin and iron levels, and compliance with food safety standards. With the FSSAI emphasizing fortified foods, rigorous testing aligns with India's nutritional goals and meets regulatory requirements.
In this live webinar, experts will talk about the essentials of food fortification analysis and help you:
- Understand India's regulatory approach and how FSSAI strategies impact rice fortification standards
- Discover sample handling and method optimization for high sensitivity and reproducibility
- Explore solutions in applying LC/MS/MS and Spectroscopy for rice fortification analysis
This webinar is designed for:
- Food Safety Chemists
- Regulatory Affairs Specialists
- QA/QC Personnel
- Laboratory Managers and Analysts
- Academicians and Researchers in Food Safety
