Back to Basics with Fluorescence: A Tips & Tricks Workshop

The fundamentals of fluorescence analysis will be discussed. Topics considered will be choosing the best excitation wavelength, identifying interferences like the Raman band and second order peaks from the monochromator. Concentration quenching, environmental factors, and a variety of other factors will be discussed.
