Process Raman: A Reliable and Versatile Tool For Downstream Process Monitoring and Control For mAB Production

This webinar, titled “Process Raman as a Reliable, Versatile Tool for Downstream Process Monitoring and mAb Production Control,” explores how process Raman spectroscopy can improve the efficiency of in-line monitoring of protein concentration.
The presentation highlights how process Raman spectroscopy offers several advantages over traditional in-line UV-Vis analysis for process monitoring and metabolite production control. These advantages include both time and cost efficiencies, making Raman spectroscopy a powerful tool for enhancing downstream processes and production control.
You will learn:
- How process Raman spectroscopy is used for protein analysis
- How to develop a Raman-based protein quantification model
- The Raman model advantages over established UV-Vis monitoring practices
