John Schmelzel is a Senior Lab Application Specialist for the Trace Elemental Analysis product line at Thermo Fisher Scientific with over 35 years of experience. He earned his degree in Chemistry from the University of Colorado, Boulder. For more than three decades, John has provided extensive support for AA, ICP-OES, and ICP-MS technologies. He is currently focused on leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance spectral interpretation.
